About Amini Amini is building the sovereign, AI-native distributed infrastructure stack for the Global South, giving governments and enterprises the data, compute, and connectivity they need to own and govern their digital future, rather than depend on outside platforms. We already work with governments across the southern hemisphere, and our work has been recognised by TIME100 AI, MIT Solve, and the World Economic Forum. We help our partners and customers put AI to work in ways that drive real growth, and make sure that opportunity is shared more equally across the Global South. Our core values, Collaboration, Trust, Integrity, Humility, and Passion, are at the heart of everything we do. In practice, that means defaulting to sharing credit and information openly, being honest about what we don't yet know, and choosing to admit a mistake early rather than protect an ego. Our team is small, highly skilled, and non-hierarchical. We recognise the transformational nature of our work, but we stay humble and ego-free about it. We believe in fully using our skills and experience, sharing ideas openly, and making a collective impact, one we intend to grow from the governments and communities we already work with today into a much broader influence on the AI industry and lives across the Global South. Having spent our early years finding real product-market fit, we're now moving into a phase with substantial commercial opportunity ahead of us. Capturing it well isn't just about hiring more people: it's about putting the structure, SOPs, and systems in place that let us consistently deliver exceptional quality products and services to our customers, and ultimately create lasting impact across the Global South.
