We are looking for a new team member in the role as PMO Sr. Program Manager (m/f/d)- 100% Location : Remote, Switzerland Type of Contract : permanent employment Start date: asap Travels : internationally, about 50% of the time YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead large-scale programs, including New Product introduction and industrialization, transfers Translate business requirements into executable project and program plans. Aligns the program team to customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders within the enterprise project. Drive alignment & Accountability across cross-functional teams Provides guidance and motivation to project teams to successfully achieve project goal and corporate initiatives Actively Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Serves as interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders and project sponsor Devises creative solutions to critical customer and user needs. Monitor program performance through KPIs, reporting, and risk management. Support product launches and operational readiness activities. Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, customers, and key stakeholders.
