Michael Shannon Consulting Position Description PMO Support Analyst|Management Consultant III (MC-III) Program OneStream Implementation Location 100% Remote Workstream PMO Skillset Focus Area PM Support Labor Category (LCAT) Management Consultant III (MC-III) Education & Experience Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience Security Clearance Secret or above Position Summary The PMO Support Analyst supports the lead PM with day-to-day delivery management for the OneStream implementation by helping execute core PMO processes, maintain project controls, and improve visibility into delivery status across government, contractor, and implementation teams. This role works closely with the project manager, schedulers, workstream owners, and client stakeholders to support governance routines, status reporting, RAID management, action tracking, meeting coordination, and project administration. The role operates in a structured federal/GPS environment where milestone discipline, documented decisions, dependency tracking, and timely follow-up are critical to supporting requirements, testing, training, deployment, certification, and post-go-live readiness activities. Key Responsibilities Support preparation of weekly status reports, dashboards, milestone updates, and governance materials for agency and project leadership. Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, meeting records, and other PMO artifacts in accordance with project standards.
