Scope of Work Receive and process incoming requests and incidents using multiple communication channels (e.g., radio, phone, digital platforms). Apply standardized protocols and checklists to gather information, assess situation urgency, and ensure accurate data entry. Prioritize and triage multiple concurrent requests while maintaining composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations. Coordinate and route requests to appropriate field resources and agencies based on established procedures. Deliver clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communications in all interactions and record-keeping. Participate in continuous protocol review and feedback processes to improve standard operating procedures and AI training datasets. Preferred Qualifications Proven expertise in police dispatch, emergency communications, or similar high-stakes coordination settings (APCO/NENA certification).
