About the Role The Post-Production Coordinator supports Scorpion ’s Studios team by managing the post-production workflow from the time footage is shot and shipped to the office through final video delivery to the internal team handling the client account. This role helps organize project information, coordinate editor assignments, communicate creative direction and deadlines, prepare contracts or project agreements, and keep videos moving through internal review, client review, revisions, final approval, and delivery. This remote position is key to keeping the post-production process organized, calm, and efficient. The Post-Production Coordinator works closely with editors, producers, and internal teams to ensure every project has the assets, notes, schedule, and communication needed to be completed on time and at a high standard.
