Discover more at www.necsws.com This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their M365, as a key part of this role will be developing and supporting the Power Apps platform. You will be working with a small Application support team, supporting a local London authority. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the day to day task management of the Application team, so a background in Application support would be an advantage, along with an interest in moving to a team leader role. Responsibilities: Providing support and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities Working with the wider teams to resolve more challenging issues Working with 3rd party vendors including Microsoft Supporting and guiding other members of the team Lead the identification of automation opportunities and the resulting design, documentation and development of solutions, exploiting the M365 toolset. Enable the safe exploitation of M365 power platform capabilities such as Power Automate, and Power APPs. Service ownership for integrated services (Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Forms, Stream etc). Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability. Must-have Skills / Experience: Proven experience as a M365 Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Subject Matter Expert or similar role Good understanding of ITIL framework and ticketing systems Strong communication skills Desired Skills / Experience: Working knowledge of Active Directory (Azure AD) / Intune or other deployment tools Be certified in MS-900 Fundamentals and ideally certified in Product Specific Experience with Azure DevOps for development and CI/CD pipelines Your qualities: You are motivated and ambitious enough to work on your own initiative, without needing direction.
