Thisrole is nota content creator, social media coordinator, or brand strategist role.This role requires aneedofperformance-driven specialist focused on spend, testing and measurable results. Key Responsibilities Real hands-on ad spend history: real campaignsthey'vemanaged with real budgets Fluency in metrics (CPC, ROAS, conversion rate) without needing prompting Gets excited talking about specific teststhey'verun and what they learned Comfortable with having a testing mindset over guessing Analytical/finance mindset: comfortable living in spreadsheets and small % differences Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines Your Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4/GTM.
