The Case Manager exists to be that person, a dedicated advocate who owns the client relationship completely and ensures no one ever feels like just a file number. When this role is done right, clients feel heard, supported, and confident that someone is genuinely working for them. What You Will Own Own the client relationship from day one through settlement, the Welcome Call is yours, the relationship is yours, and the outcome is yours Be the client's dedicated advocate, connecting them to the right care fast and walking them through one of the most stressful experiences of their life with confidence and compassion Drive cases forwa
