We are on the lookout for a Pricing Analyst, Product Operations (Global Pricing) to join the Pricing Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. As a Pricing Analyst, Product Operations within the Global Pricing Team , you will sit at the intersection of Product & Business. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing how we charge for our services—balancing customer affordability with sustainable unit economics. Your mission is to support the specification, testing, rollout & ongoing operation of pricing features (like Small Order Fees, Service Fees, and Delivery Fee ladders) and provide the insights needed to scale these globally. Feature Impact Modeling & Forecasting: Based on your conversations with the different pricing teams in Delivery Hero, you will own the "Business Case" for new pricing product requirements. You will build predictive models to estimate the impact of proposed features (e.g., MOV adjustments, service fees) on key metrics like GPO, Conversion Rate, and Order Frequency before they hit the roadmap. Accountability & Performance Tracking: Lead the testing efforts & rollout analysis for all new pricing features. You will hold stakeholders accountable to adopt new features and compare actual performance against the initial impact estimations, identifying "value leakage" and recommending data-backed pivot
