Position summary: The SFPUC is seeking an 1825 Principal Real Estate Analyst II with superb written, oral and negotiation skills and experience. Under general direction, the Analyst will structure, negotiate and draft complex agreements for the acquisition, lease, and sale of non-residential real estate interests, including the acquisition and disposition of real property and easements. Tasks include performing difficult and complex title analysis for real property acquisitions, easements, leases, and agreements. The analyst will conduct transactions with both private entities
