As a Principal Consultant, you will lead enterprise clients in transforming their Microsoft 365 collaboration environments, focusing on SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and AI-driven solutions such as Microsoft Copilot 365 and Studio. You will architect, implement, and govern advanced collaboration, automation, and security strategies, leveraging AI to drive productivity, compliance, and innovation. Key Responsibilities AI-Driven Collaboration & Automation Architect and deploy Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, integrating Copilot and AI agents for enhanced productivity and knowledge management. Lead migration projects from legacy platforms to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless adoption of AI-powered workflows and automation (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Design and implement advanced SharePoint Online sites, custom solutions, and scoped agents that serve as subject matter experts for organizational knowledge. Security, Compliance & Governance Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview for data protection, risk management, and compliance across Microsoft 365 services. Implement governance strategies for SharePoint Online, including retention policies, sensitivity labels, and external sharing controls. Advise on and deploy AI governance policies, including Copilot licensing, user access controls, and responsible AI usage. Technical Leader
