We are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join our elite Radiation-Hardened (Rad-Hard) IC design team in San Jose. In this role, you will design innovative, high-performance, and highly profitable products specifically targeted toward Space markets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing Analog and Mixed-Signal ICs for Precision Analog and Power Management applications. You will be at the forefront of creating state-of-the-art, ultra-low quiescent-current 40V to 100V DC-DC switching converters, LDOs, and multifunction power management circuits. Responsibilities Collaborate on product definition with marketing, applications, and customers. Apply an in-depth understanding of power process technologies (both existing and under development) to design next-generation power management products. Execute transistor-level design of mixed-signal circuits for new and derivative power management products. Lead and manage programs to successfully achieve scheduled project objectives. Validate and debug products prior to transferring them to production engineering. Interface seamlessly with cross-functional process, test, product, application, and marketing teams to bring new products from initial concept through production release. Required Skills & Experience Deep understanding of integrated analog circuit design, as well as bipolar, BiCMOS, and BCD process technologies.
