Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Analog Design Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and development of advanced high-speed interface circuits for next-generation semiconductor products. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing and validating high-performance analog and mixed-signal blocks, including DFE, CTLE, PLLs, Transmitters, Receivers, CDRs, and SerDes subsystems, targeting industry standards such as PCIe, UCIe, DDR, LPDDR, CXL, USB, and Ethernet. The candidate should have a proven track record of independently delivering silicon-proven designs while also providing strong technical leadership and mentoring a team of junior engineers.
