Principal Engineer, Enterprise Architect – M&A Integration

REQUIREMENTS: • Total experience: 11+ years, with strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Application Architecture. • Must-have experience in Enterprise Architecture supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration programs . • M&A integration experience is mandatory — candidates must have worked on acquisition integration, post-merger integration, divestiture, or similar transformation programs. • Strong experience assessing current-state business applications, technology, integration, infrastructure, and data landscapes. • Strong experience defining target-state architecture, integration roadmaps, application rationalization, consolidation, migration, coexistence, and retirement strategies. • Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes including ERP, CRM, HR, PLM, SaaS, cloud, and on-premises platforms. • Strong understanding of high-level integration architecture, including APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and file-based integrations. • Experience with business capability mapping, application dependency mapping, technology landscapes, architecture risks, and integration priorities. • Experience supporting Day 1, TSA Exit, and Long-Term M&A Integration activities. • Strong experience creating architecture artefacts including application portfolios, integration diagrams, capability maps, technology inventories, target-state architectures, roadmaps, and Architecture Decision Records. • Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Ardoq, LeanIX, Bizzdesign, or si
