PRINCIPAL DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design and implementation of systems. Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the team together with Architects. Collaborate with architects and business analysts to define domain boundaries and integration patterns. Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security in all technical solutions. Actively participate in coding for proof of concepts (PoCs) and critical components. Support the team in developing complex features and resolving technical challenges.
