In this role, you will own how Fleetio captures and activates real-time data from customers' vehicles from the hardware and data sources it comes from to the products built on top of it, and build a new product line and the business around it, largely from the ground up. Who You Are The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial builder who is energized by a blank canvas and knows how to take a big, ambiguous bet from zero to one. You've worked in or close to telematics, connected vehicles, or connected devices, and you're equally comfortable going deep with engineering on how data flows in, negotiating a hardware or data partnership, and figuring out which customer experiences are worth building. You have strong, loosely held opinions, make data-informed decisions, and care as much about reliability and data quality as velocity, because what you build is meant to become mission-critical to how fleets operate. You lead and align through influence, not authority. This role reports to the Director of Product Management.
