The Principal Proposal Subcontract Administrator is responsible for providing pre-award proposal support to large proposal efforts often with large teams of subcontractors. Additionally, the Principal Proposal Subcontract Administrator manages implementation of procurement policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and performance standards for corporate programs under minimal direction. Responsibilities: The chosen candidate must be a seasoned professional that can provide exceptional Proposal Support to include but not limited to: Provides Pre-award proposal support for subcontracts. Able to support large proposal efforts, with many subcontractors/team members and/or quick turnaround proposals. Trouble-shoot complex proposal efforts in a time-sensitive environment. Develop close relationships with BD and Capture Managers to ensure requirements of solicitation are met for a winning effort. Able to adapt to a changing business environment and help guide internal customers and other stakeholders through the proposal/subcontract lifecycle. Negotiation of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TAs) Identifies risks in the Proposal Solicitation terms and conditions and facilitates the mitigation of those risks through communication with program managers, business operations, and proposal managers. Provides regular reporting to senior management on proposal/subcontractor issues.
