Principal Solution Delivery Manager (RTE)

We are seeking a Principal Solution Delivery Manager to serve as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) within the Workplace Solutions Agile Release Trains (ARTs). This role is a senior-level project management position responsible for leading large, complex initiatives in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. You will ensure strong alignment, coordination, and predictable outcomes across multiple teams while driving both successful delivery and continuous improvement in how work flows through the system. As an RTE for Workplace Solutions, you will lead mission-critical programs that span five or more teams and multiple business and technology partners. You will be accountable for end-to-end planning and execution, including managing scope, dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery outcomes. You will guide ART-level planning and execution, ensuring work is aligned to strategic priorities and delivered in a way that balances speed, quality, and value. This role requires strong project and program management discipline combined with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, Agile environment. This role is classified as remote; however, periodic in-person attendance will be required at times for activities such as quarterly or project planning, training, or other business-critical meetings.
