The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role will be based in either New York, Chicago, Sunnyvale, or San Francisco. As a Technical Account Manager, you will own the technical success of a portfolio of Large, global and enterprise customers by driving successful technical strategy, integration adoption, optimization, and value realization of LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS). You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with customer stakeholders and internal account teams to proactively manage and mitigate risks, and scale customer use of LinkedIn products and services. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a segments of LinkedIn’s largest customers. Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders. Provide guidance on integrations, architecture, and best practices (APIs, SSO, data flows). Translate business requirements into technical recommendations and solution designs.
