ROLE SUMMARY The Principal Technical Product Manager owns the deliverables for major areas of the Kepware product portfolio. Working from the product vision set by Product Management, the Principal TPM translates that vision into executable roadmaps and drives delivery across engineering teams, including distributed and consultant-augmented teams. This is a senior leadership role accountable for delivering working software at scale, and for setting the standard that other Technical Product Managers follow. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own the product backlog and roadmap: translate the product vision into a clear, prioritized, actionable roadmap and backlog aligned to business objectives. Drive delivery at scale: lead teams to deliver working software on predictable cadences across multiple product areas, removing blockers and managing complex cross-team dependencies. Lead distributed teams: effectively run and coordinate teams across multiple geographies and time zones. Manage consultant and augmented capacity: integrate contractor and consultant teams into delivery, setting clear expectations, quality standards, and outcomes.
