Process Engineer (Cold Preparation)

Convert product and manufacturing requirements into process specifications. Responsible to monitor, maintain and continuously improve the process performance with respect to process capability, efficiency and scrap. Recipe Management: Inserting of recipes into equipment, maintaining and optimization of recipes, documenting of recipes. Creation of process related documentation, performance reports, book of requirements, guidelines, work instruction, process speciation. Process implementation and release according specifications and development of standard operating procedures. Participates in external and internal audits, develops and implements improvement plans. Ensures Productivity and quality. Implementation of corrective actions to reduce scrap, rework / work off and increase stability, efficiency and tire yield. Conducting structured problem solving, incl. lessons learned documentation and implementation. Support product industrialization according plant and central release procedures and requirements. Support and take over responsibilities of process industrialization according plant and central release procedures and requirements. Conduct all necessary studies to monitored and document process
