Process implementation and release according specifications and development of standard operating procedures. Participates in external and internal audits, develops and implements improvement plans. Ensures Productivity and quality. Implementation of corrective actions to reduce scrap, rework / work off and increase stability, efficiency and tire yield. Conducting structured problem solving, incl. lessons learned documentation and implementation. Support product industrialization according plant and central release procedures and requirements.
