Job Description As Process Engineer at NTS Singapore, you will lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, creating engineering documentation, and supporting production readiness. You will design tooling and 3D models, manage engineering changes, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and collaborate with customers to ensure product quality, efficient production, and successful project delivery. Furthermore, your key responsibilities are: Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by defining BOMs, process routings, and manufacturing processes Develop work instructions, process flow charts, PFMEA, and other engineering documentation Design jigs, fixtures, and 3D/2D engineering drawings using Solid Edge or AutoCAD Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement process improvements Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs), including customer approvals and documentation updates Support sheet metal manufacturing processes, including cutting, bending, welding, and painting Coordinate engineering activities, communicate with customers, and ensure timely project delivery Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Process Engineering or New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing environment Pr
