Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing performance, product quality, and operational efficiency. Design, develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and work methods. Analyze manufacturing data, identify root causes of process variation, and implement sustainable corrective actions. Support new product introductions and process transfers while ensuring manufacturability and operational readiness. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Production, and other functional teams to improve process capability and equipment performance. Participate in problem-solving activities using Lean Manufacturing principles and structured engineering methodologies. Lead and support process validation, equipment qualification, calibration, and manufacturing documentation. Participate in quality audits and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain compliance with company and customer requirements. Train and coach manufacturing personnel on new processes, work methods, and engineering improvements. Promote a safe, organized, and compliant man
