Process Operator / Production Operator

As our new Production / Process Operator, you will join our Operations team and play a key part in the production of our intermediates and our final product, Vitamin K2. You will in addition to production activities from A-Z perform simple maintenance and correctly log in batch protocols. Throughout, you will help drive continuous improvement while keeping safety and quality first. This is a shift-based position reporting to the Operations Lead. Job summary: Daily, hands-on operation of production, including control of raw material quantities, preparation of solvents, cleaning of production equipment as required, maintaining batch protocols, continuous monitoring of important production parameters, waste management, etc. Reception, registration, sampling and control of raw materials, intermediates and final product. Labeling and storage of raw materials, intermediates and final products according to SOPs and batch protocols Planning and implementation of minor preventive maintenance work. Contribute to the development of new and/or updated SOPs and other documentation (checklists, logbooks, etc.) Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with equipment or processes Monitoring and recording production data and making adjustments as needed to ensure quality and safety standards are met Working together with colleagues to optimize production processes and improve efficiency Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
