Rather than stopping at concepts or requirements, you will build and test proof-of-concepts, coordinate implementation and help embed new ways of working in daily operations. You will be the bridge between business needs and the real implementation. Ensuring that ideas are translated into measurable results. Over time, you will take ownership of your own digitalization and AI initiatives to power every journey - fast, joyful and without limits across Europe. Improve and Optimize Business Processes Analyseend-to-end processes across business functions andidentifybottlenecks, manual work, controlgapsand improvement potential. Challenge existing ways of working anddeveloppragmatic future-state processes with a focus on simplicity,scalabilityand measurable outcomes. Facilitate workshops to understand current ways of working andidentifyimprovement opportunities. Create andmaintainprocess documentation using BPMN standards. Develop practical and scalable solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration. Build and implement automation and digital solutions Design and build proof-of-concepts and prototypes using workflow automation, low-code,AIand other digital technologies.
