ROLE OVERVIEW Compass Surgical Partners is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Administrator to serve as the enterprise owner and subject matter expert for our procure-to-pay (P2P) platform and processes. This role will play a critical part in ensuring contract, pricing, item master, and purchasing data are accurate, standardized, and scalable across our growing network of ambulatory surgery centers. The Procure-to-Pay Administrator will partner closely with center teams, supply chain leaders, GPOs, distributors, and operational stakeholders to improve data integrity, streamline workflows, and enhance visibility into supply costs and purchasing activity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, optimizing systems and processes, and building scalable infrastructure that supports growth.
