About the Team The Clinical Guidance (Experience Team) builds products that help healthcare providers work more efficiently and make better clinical decisions. Our mission is simple: Reduce administrative burden so clinicians can focus on patient care. We build products that support providers before, during, and after patient visits - from AI-assisted documentation and visit summaries to clinical guidance, workflow automation, and decision-support tools. While AI powers many of our solutions, our success isn't measured by the sophistication of the models. It's measured by whether clinicians save time, experience less friction, and deliver better care. About the Role We're looking for a Product Analyst who enjoys solving complex product problems through data. This isn't a traditional analytics role focused on recurring reports or dashboard maintenance. You'll work as a strategic partner to Product Managers, helping shape product direction through analytical thinking, product investigations, and evidence-based decision making. You'll explore user behavior, investigate workflow inefficiencies, generate hypotheses, define meaningful success metrics, and measure whether new product initiatives actually improve clinicians' daily work.
