Product and Business Systems Manager

The Role We're looking for a Product and Business Systems Manager to take ownership of our core business platforms and drive their ongoing development, optimisation and adoption across the organisation. Working closely with teams across Operations, Commercial, Project Management, Media and Data, you'll act as the link between business users, development teams and external technology partners. You'll ensure our systems continue to evolve in line with business priorities, delivering efficient, scalable solutions that support both operational performance and long-term growth. What you will do Own and develop key business systems and platforms, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements. Define system roadmaps, priorities and enhancement plans aligned to strategic objectives. Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and user stories. Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an agile environment Drive continuous improvement through user
