The House of Commons’ Digital Services and Real Property is currently looking to staff the Product Delivery Manager position for the Digital Quality Management Team. This recruitment and selection process is restricted to DSRP employees. The Product Delivery Manager (PDM) leads the delivery of high-quality digital products by overseeing Digital Quality Management and Operational Readiness and Release/Change Management functions. Reporting to the Deputy Director, Digital Product Quality Management, the PDM provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams responsible for quality assurance, accessibility, user experience, operational readiness, release planning, and deployment. The role manages performance, coaching, and development, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment while ensuring coordination, clear priorities, accountability, and continuous growth. The PDM drives alignment of quality, readiness, testing, and release activities across the product lifecycle to support reliable and accessible digital product delivery. Working closely with product teams, IT Operations, and stakeholders, the PDM coordinates quality initiatives, readiness assessments, and release processes, identifies risks, removes barriers, and promotes best practices in quality assurance and user experience.
