We’re bringing that legacy into the digital space—ready to join us? About the role We are looking for a Product Design Manager to join our Casino team. You will lead design and delivery of essential user experiences, and workflows for the Casino (Lobby, tournaments, jackpots, categories, widgets and more) that enhance player discovery and engagement. This role is for a design leader who excels at both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. You'll manage a small, high-performing team of product designers, guiding them to create intuitive, elegant, and accessible mobile-first, native app user experiences that meet our high standards and enhance the features our customers already love. You'll be an example of cross-functional collaboration, foster a growth mindset, and maintain high design integrity throughout all end-to-end design efforts. What will you do? You'll be part of a rapidly growing team, reporting to the Product Design Director, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Optimize casino user flows and drive significant improvements focusing on enhancing usability and player engagement. Lead and mentor Casino product designers, fostering a culture of design excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional gro
