YOUR MISSION Glovo is hiring a Product Design Manager to join our UX team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, and Engineering teams, all collaborating to drive cohesive, user-centered solutions. As a Product Design Manager, you’ll guide and support a small team of Product Designers, working alongside the UX Leads to shape and elevate strategy for the Customer App. Leveraging your expertise, you’ll connect insights across projects, ensuring design excellence and cohesion. You’ll proactively tackle challenges, lead impactful design initiatives to enhance UX’s role, and contribute hands-on to projects to drive high UX standards across the team. THE JOURNEY Foster relationships and collaboration cross-discipline and act as a consistent advocate for our end users in product discussions, reviews, and critiques, exerting influence towards positive outcomes. Be part of the UX Leadership team, working alongside other leads to ensure quality and cohesion of practices across projects and pods. Lead projects or initiatives, help define the strategy, objectives and set the vision for the user experience of our product. As a hands-on leader, you actively participate in project execution, addressing challenges, proposing solutions, and offering support to raise the bar and accelerate progress. For strategic projects, you take the lead in the conceptual definition and execution end-to-end. Manage stakeholders, business priorities, and projects as well as help reports prioritize work ensuring the right balance of product and UX community-focused initiatives. Identify gaps
