As a Senior Product Designer you will be the driving force behind our user experience. As a key member of the Product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design culture, establishing scalable processes, and driving innovation across our platform. Beyond research and design, you will build a foundation for future growth by developing our design system and aligning closely with cross-functional teams. What You’ll Do User Research & Workflow Mapping Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, shadowing, and usage analytics to understand workflows and pain points. Analyze findings to determine efficient, flexible, and consistent workflows that address user needs. Create design artifacts (user journeys, personas, storyboards, etc.) to communicate design concepts and strategies. Design Creation Translate research insights into polished, high-fidelity designs using Figma and similar tools.
