The design challenges at Built are genuinely complex: the lenders, owners, developers, and contractors using our platform are navigating high-stakes financial workflows where clarity, accuracy, and trust are not nice-to-haves — they are requirements. Making those workflows feel simple and human without sacrificing depth is the central design problem. The Product Designer II is a practitioner ready to own meaningful pieces of that problem independently. This role is for a designer who has built a solid foundation and is ready to drive design decisions with greater autonomy. You independently own design work across features and product areas with growing complexity, lead research activities, and are actively developing your ability to scope problems and communicate design rationale to cross-functional partners.
