A bit about the role Your responsibilities will include simplifying complex problems into holistic solutions that consider both customer and business needs, planning and your stream of work, conducting user research and testing, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Our Product Design team The Luxury Escapes Product Design Team is a group of passionate experts who work closely together to craft exceptional experiences for our customers. We foster a highly collaborative environment, emphasising mutual support, continuous learning, and having fun throughout the journey. We start each day with brief stand-ups to get everyone up to speed on ongoing projects We host weekly Design Forums for designers to showcase their work and get feedback from the whole design team We engage in regular customer testing and share insights with the rest of the business We do monthly team retros to acknowledge successes and explore areas for improvement. What you'll do as part of the role Seek to understand user needs, and business goals and translate them into user-friendly solutions. Generate wireframes, visual mock-ups, and prototypes that will be tested, validated and iterated upon. Effectively and clearly communicate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders with the ability to take on feedback and build from it. Validate and enhance your designs iteratively by conducting customer testing.
