About the Role Oliv builds AI agents for revenue teams — a Gen AI SaaS product where design is a genuine competitive moat, not a service function. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who operates across the full surface: enterprise product UX/UI, marketing website, and brand creatives. Not a generalist who does everything at 70% — a designer with real range whose floor is polish. You'll work directly with the Design Lead and own your problems end to end: from ambiguous brief to shipped, pixel-perfect outcome, with no one checking whether you finished. You'll also mentor one junior designer on the creative side. This role is for someone who treats taste as a discipline — who physically cannot ship something that isn't resolved. What You'll Do Own product design end to end: understand the user's job, define the flow, design the UI, spec the edge cases, and see it through engineering to what actually ships — like a product owner, not a ticket-taker. Design across both worlds at a high bar: dense enterprise SaaS screens (dashboards, tables, workflows) and expressive marketing/brand work (landing pages, graphics, decks, illustration direction). Work inside and extend our design system (shadcn-based) — and know when a rule should be deliberately bent, and be able to defend why.
