ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Product Designer to take on some of the broadest and most complex product problems at Assembled. You’ll design tools that help support teams understand what’s happening across their operations, make high-stakes decisions, plan for the future, and increasingly work alongside AI to get things done. This is a role for someone excited by making sophisticated software feel remarkably simple. You’ll work across new products, foundational workflows, data-rich experiences, and emerging agentic UX patterns. You’ll help define how people delegate work to AI, understand its decisions, intervene when needed, and stay confidently in control. You’ll have significant ownership: working directly with customers, helping identify the right problems to solve, shaping product strategy, and carrying ideas from early research through polished, shipped experiences. This is an onsite role based in our New York City office, five days a week (Monday–Friday).
