Product Director - Marketplace

THE ROLE The marketplace is the beating heart of Docplanner: the two-sided engine that connects 100 million patients a month with doctors across 13 countries. As Product Director, Marketplace, you will own the doctor side end to end — PRM, visibility products, pricing and packaging — and, on the patient side, the experience that matters most: helping every patient find the perfect doctor and book them in seconds. Your mandate is bold: make Docplanner the place where finding and booking the right doctor is effortless — AI-powered search, smarter matching and a frictionless booking flow that sets the standard for healthcare. You’ll lead a multi-team product organization of product managers, designers and engineers, reporting directly to our CPTO, and partner closely with the engineering director of the marketplace, and the product director who owns the patient app and medical-experience journey.
