This is a highly cross-functional role sitting within the Product organization and partnering closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Support, and Product Marketing. You’ll be responsible for improving and scaling the programs, processes, and content that help employees ramp quickly, confidently explain our product, and stay up-to-date as the platform evolves. August Health has already invested in product training, documentation, and onboarding programs. You’ll build on that foundation by improving how product knowledge is created, communicated, and reinforced across the company.
