You Are: Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior Manager to serve as the Product Engineer & AI Growth Lead for Mission Operations. This pivotal technical leader will architect, build, and scale mission‑grade AI products while driving growth across federal portfolios. Acting as a key interlock between technical teams and business stakeholders, this role ensures Data & AI solutions deliver transformative mission outcomes by integrating product engineering, AI/ML strategy, platform governance, and go‑to‑market execution to accelerate responsible AI adoption in mission-critical environments. You will lead cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, data science, DevSecOps, UX, and delivery—to translate complex mission needs into secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions.
