What you'll own Own the roadmap for your pod: define what gets built, kill low-leverage work, and protect your engineers' time and focus Write specs that start with the problem, not the solution, and ship every brief with a clear success criterion Participate technically: read the codebase, debug independently, and ship small things when it's faster than context-switching an engineer Own QA end-to-end: test plans, regression passes, release sign-off, and post-deploy monitoring in Sentry and Grafana Keep the pod moving: fast decisions, async-first communication, and zero ambiguity about what's next Close the feedback loop between customers, data, and product direction, and hold yourself accountable to the KPIs you define You'll thrive here if...
