About the role: We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and gritty Product Lead to join our growing Product team. At Collective we are building first-of-its-kind, category-defining AI-enabled financial back-office to help millions of solopreneurs to start and run their businesses more effectively. We are looking for a Product Lead to drive Growth at Collective. As the Growth Product Lead, you will set the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across key growth surfaces. You’ll lead work across onboarding, activation, conversion, referral, and sales-assisted product experiences, helping define how product drives scalable revenue over time. You’ll bring structured thinking to ambiguous problems, use strong product judgment and analytical rigor to make decisions, and work hands-on with cross-functional partners to turn ideas into high-quality execution quickly. What you'll do: - Own the product area vision, strategy, implementation, and customer & business outcomes for Growth & Monetization - Own the strategy and execution of member value realization, helping members clearly understand and quantify the financial outcomes Collective delivers to
