Product Lead (Trading Platform)

Product Lead (Trading Domain) We're building a trading product from the ground up and looking for a Product Lead who is both an active trader and an experienced product manager. This isn't a role where one side is a nice-to-have. You'll be making product decisions that require real market intuition — understanding how traders think, what they actually need at execution speed, what separates a tool they trust from one they abandon, who the players in the market are, such as prop firms, brokers, data providers, what a CME license is, etc. Product management skills alone won't get you there. Trading experience alone won't either. At TradeFill in partnership with Railsware Product Studio, we build products that people love. You may know Railsware from building TradeZella, Calendly, ParentSquare, Mailtrap.io, Coupler.io, or TitanApps.io — tools that quietly serve millions of people. We bring the same craft and conviction to everything we build. This particular role is part of a small, founder-led team building in the trading space. You'd be joining: Yaroslav Lazor — product & engineering (CEO and founder of Railsware , previously helped scale Calendly) Umar Ashraf — product, markets & distribution (founder of Tradezella, with 4M+ subscriber YouTube trading channel) It's a tight team.
