Product Manager - Business Automation

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our Enterprise Technology Services team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. This role would support senior leadership in driving high-visibility Agentic AI initiatives, bridging technical product management and strategic project execution. You will lead the delivery of AI solutions tailored for People & Culture, Legal, and other departments. The ideal candidate navigates ambiguity effectively and transitions seamlessly between strategic oversight and detailed technical or operational deep dives. Your objective is to identify manual bottlenecks, deploy automation at scale, and measure the resulting operational impact. Define and own the strategic product roadmap for internal AI and automation tools, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Assess and synthesise broad organisational challenges to identify root causes, dependencies, and automation opportunities. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of AI projects, such as large scale AI driven agents, Slack-integrated agents, enterprise search, and n8n workflows. Define, track, and iterate on core success metrics, including financial savings, hours saved, ticket deflection rates, and AI adoption rates.
