Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and aligned with business goals. Conduct user research and synthesize findings to identify, validate, and prioritize user problems and opportunities. Define clear product requirements (PRDs) and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams. Work closely with the Business Analyst and Product Analyst to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives. Define, track, and report on key product metrics; design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses before full-scale rollout. Collaborate cross-functionally to break down business objectives into executable deliverables, and partner with engineering to ensure features are implemented and delivered as planned.
