THE ROLE We're looking for an exceptional, craft-obsessed product manager to own the experiences where finance professionals work with Rogo, across our entire product. This is a role for a builder with extraordinary product and design intuition: you'll translate powerful agent capabilities into interfaces that feel fast, clear, and delightful for the most sophisticated users in the world. You'll work across every function at Rogo to define and craft how Rogo looks, feels, and flows. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Own product areas across Rogo's surfaces end-to-end, from scoping and design through launch and iteration - Translate powerful agent capabilities into simple, intuitive, and delightful interfaces - Own the experience across Rogo's product: the core application, search, the document and file experience, and the tools and plugins our users work in every day - Drive information architecture, flows, and the last ten percent of polish in close partnership with design - Prototype and build to figure out what is worth shipping.
