Avery Dennison is seeking a Product (Solution) Manager to join the Materials Group (MG) organization. This role is responsible for current Durable Labels product portfolio, new applications and innovations. Involved in commercial strategy and new HvC (High Value Categories) programs rolled by Materials Group responsible for portfolio YoY growth. As a Product Manager, you will be managing and optimizing our portfolio to meet the needs of converting customers in the Materials Group business, and final end user needs across EU regions. This is a high-visibility, entrepreneurial (Proactive and Self-Starting, Creative Problem-Solving, Risk-Taking, Resilient, Passionate) role designed to continuously develop a critical high-value growth engine for the Materials Group. You will act as the pivotal commercial bridge between our marketing HQ and sales teams in the regions translating gained market insights into a winning portfolio strategy. Key Responsibilities This role operates on a hybrid basis, allowing for a blend of remote and on-site work at our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest. Champion a rigorous, performance-driven portfolio management to optimize profitability and growth, making clear recommendations for product lifecycle management - from new launches to rationalization - in close collaboration with Materials Group (MG) Product Line Team (PLT). Own and drive the strategic product roadmap for the Durable Labels portfolio within the Materials Group channel, ensuring it aligns with our broader MG growth objectives and addresses evolving converter and end-user needs. Architect and execute a value-based pricing strategy for the MG segment channel portfolio that maximizes profitability while driving market share gain. Define and execute Product Lifecycle Management activities in cooperation with MG PLT, including new product launches, line extensions, product re-engineering, cost reductions, and updating MG specific product service guidelines to meet the evolving nee
