What You'll Do: This role will lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of high-impact product features that drive value for our merchants and their customers. As a Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between business goals, technical constraints, and user needs, leading cross-functional teams to ship scalable solutions in a fast-paced startup environment. Support Product Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to define the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with Extend’s mission to revolutionize the post-purchase experience. Own Feature Outcomes: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for specific features—from initial discovery and requirement gathering (PRDs) to launch and post-launch optimization.
