As a Product Manager for AC Power Assemblies group you will act as a “mini” GM, driving the strategy and capacity plans. Our products energize the ever-growing power needs for AI architecture. This role sits at the intersection of collaborating alongside industry leaders and business execution. The ideal candidate will reside on the West Coast of the USA or in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth: Support existing opportunities and identify and capture growth opportunities within AI segments. Articulate market trends to ensure TE remains our customers’ first-choice solution partner. Go-to-Market Execution: Help lead aggressive product launches and develop value propositions that clearly solve customer pain points in the AI space. Operations & Capacity: Partner with S&OP to drive the capacity expansion required to keep pace with hyper-scale AI deployment cycles. Financial Leadership: Own the P&L (sales and margin) for your portfolio; identify and resolve gaps to the business plan with a sense of urgency. Customer Engagement: Drive frequent, direct interaction with customers and hyperscalers. Capture "voice of customer" feedback to ensure our roadmaps are market-backed and result in highly differentiated products.
