Through hands-on civic education, legislative advocacy, coalition-building, and youth leadership development, we teach young people to have a voice and become active citizens in their communities. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a mission-driven Product Manager to lead the build and evolution of our learning technology ecosystem. You will serve as the strategic bridge between our civic education mission and the platform infrastructure that supports thousands of educators, ensuring our digital tools actively enhance teachers’ ability to facilitate student engagement and strengthen student outcomes and teacher skills. As an effective relationship builder, you will ensure our products support an exceptional learner experience and robust content strategy. You will collaborate cross-functionally with instructional content designers and other national/regional teams to deploy high-quality training and impactful learning management solutions. This position reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and partners closely with the Chief Operating Officer. While positions are currently remote or hybrid, all staff members are expected to travel overnight at least once per year for staff retreats and other team gatherings.
