The Aurora To Team is helping Lendi Group become an AI-native organisation by delivering AI-powered products, automation and internal tools that improve productivity, streamline workflows and enhance decision-making across the business. The team builds AI assistants, workflow automations and decision-support tools that reduce manual effort, remove friction and help employees work faster, smarter and with greater confidence. Reporting to the Head of Product Delivery and Automation, you'll help shape and evolve the Aurora To Team's AI-powered products and internal experiences, owning them end-to-end from discovery through to delivery, optimisation and continuous improvement.
